Watergate Boutique Hotel, Butuan City

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to the room being extremely loud, making it hard to sleep with the noise from outside. On the positive side, the rooms were very clean and just the right size, not too small or too big. The service, on the other hand, was very helpful and friendly, which was a redeeming quality of my experience.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms facing the pool area, which was bustling with people. Despite some stagnant water at times, the room availability was limited until 3pm. The staff provided professional and friendly service, although there were some lapses in consideration. The location was central in Butuan City, close to key spots and within walking distance of the city center. The dining experience was described as ordinary, with reasonably good options available. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
